Pam Anderson is a New York Times best-selling cookbook author and entrepreneur with three decades of experience teaching, writing, cooking, and event planning, Pam is well known for creating and sustaining successful projects.
Pam is the author of nine cookbooks, including the Julia Child Award-winning The Perfect Recipe, the James Beard-nominated first editions of How to Cook Without a Book and Perfect Recipes for Having People Over, and the IACP-nominated The Perfect Recipe For Losing Weight and Eating Great.
She is a former food editor and executive editor of Cook’s Illustrated Magazine. She was USA Weekend’s weekly food columnist, AARP’s official food expert, a Runner’s World and Better Homes and Gardens contributing columnist, and a blogger along with her two adult daughters at the popular site, Three Many Cooks. Over the years Pam has written for numerous national publications and has been featured on radio and television locally and nationally. She is currently a contributor for Planetarian Life, a global community changing the way it lives and eats for the good of the planet. Planetarian Life was created by the organization’s CEO, Maggy Keet, Pam’s daughter.
