Laurel, a self-described yoga gypsy, has always loved exploring land and sea, but seventeen years ago, she fell in love with yoga after completing a master’s degree in business while working full-time. Ready for a mental and physical shift, she stepped into a yoga class and onto a mat, and her life immediately transformed. Within a year, she completed the 200-hour yoga instructor training. A year later, she left her job to pursue a full-time yoga career. Her passion to learn more resulted in a two-year stint traveling the world assisting Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga founder, Sadie Nardini, with whom she studied in-depth anatomy as well as the business of yoga. Laurel has also completed Pilates Mat training, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Training, and an additional 300 hours of yoga training.
Her heart is rooted in her hometown, Bethlehem, PA, with husband, Josh, and chi-weenie sidekick, Zeek. Her love of travel and adventure keeps her teaching yoga, paddle boarding, hiking, running, tasting healthy vegan food, and sipping wine and cocktails all over the globe. She loves helping others seek beauty within and beauty throughout the world.
