There’s nothing quite like the pizza experience here at Copper House. Whether there’s four or twenty-four guests, we always set out a colorful, abundant array of toppings and sauces and cheeses and flavorings. People revel in the whole experience—breathing in fresh air, connecting with colleagues, listening to fun music, creating their own pie. If it’s your first time at Copper House, you’ll likely opt for the wood-fired pizza. Many of our groups return annually—some two and three times a year— and we offer other enticing food experiences, but most reply, “Can we just do that pizza again?
But recently, we’ve started offering equally fun wood-fired sandwiches and calzones. Two of our recent favorite creations: brie, fig jam, prosciutto, and arugula; and chicken cutlets with ranch, dill pickles, banana peppers, and lemon pesto. Like pizza, sandwiches are meant to be shared. Once they come out of the oven, we halve or third them, so you can enjoy a taste of more than one.
The Copper House Wood-Fired Sandwich experience offers all the fun of the pizza—the choice of toppings, the lively connections, the hip music, the outdoor setting (with blazing fires and multiple heaters in cooler months). During winter, we serve mugs of hot soup while you wait for your sandwich. In the summer, we’ll offer cool, crisp seasonal salads—and if you know where to look, a basket of homemade fries!
