Whether it’s an evening affair, half- or full-day retreat, or weekend-long experience, best-selling New York Times cookbook author and lauded food expert, Pam Anderson, invites you to experience Copper House, a warm, contemporary event space tucked into eleven wooded acres in Upper Bucks County.
With indoor and outdoor “rooms,” Copper House offers many scenic locations to gather, keeping your group surprised and delighted during their visit as they move around the building and grounds.
Retreats commence with healthful, tantalizing snacks, and are very often followed by a session with one of our Experience Partners. Start the day with selfcare, enjoying a ten-minute chair massage. Or, invite one of our yoga instructors to revitalize your group through restorative practice in our floating glass room or on the oversized deck—both set in the heart of nature.
Wander into the woods with our horticultural therapist who will put you in touch with the natural world, allowing it to wash over and restore. Gather flora from the grounds and let our designer guide and instruct as you create an object of beauty. There’s even an option, with the help of our dance professional, to cut loose, break free, and have fun.
Whether it’s drinks and nibbles, end-of-the-evening dessert, or quiet reflection, enjoy circle time around the fire pit in the stone ring.
Throughout your retreat, Pam will stimulate your senses, sight, and palate with her fresh, local, celebratory style of cooking. Enjoy a sumptuous feast that you can watch her prepare. For a more personal cooking experience, divide into small groups to learn from Pam. And, from stretching the dough to flavoring the pie in the finishing station—you and your group can learn how to make authentic wood-fired pizzas.
After a satisfying meal, wander the Copper House grounds, take a short walk down the lane, or head up the hill to the little falls for a more invigorating hike. Let one of our Experience Partners help with a simple guided meditation or group facilitation.
Before your afternoon or evening departure, you’ll enjoy one of Pam’s carefully crafted sweet treats—many plant-rich— a memorable way to cap off your experience.
Whether you’ve been here a few hours or over a few days, you’ll leave Copper House relaxed, invigorated, refreshed.
